1. Returns Eligibility
Items qualify for return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product remains unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or worn items
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, approval confirmation will be shared
- Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues (subject to availability)
- If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
5. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (defective/wrong item), return shipping is covered
- Otherwise, customers may bear return shipping charges
