At Rheefit, customer satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Returns Eligibility

Items qualify for return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product remains unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items marked as final sale
3. Refund Process
  • Once the return is received and inspected, approval confirmation will be shared
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
4. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues (subject to availability)
  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
5. Return Shipping
  • If the issue is from our side (defective/wrong item), return shipping is covered
  • Otherwise, customers may bear return shipping charges
